Retail licensing could reduce tobacco use by Virginia youth

Current enforcement efforts in Virginia related to underage tobacco sales are inadequate to prevent youth from using tobacco products. That’s why Tobacco Free Alliance of Virginia supports requiring licensing for retail sale of tobacco products.
