With a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and years of hands-on experience as both a classroom teacher and administrator, Dr. Wells has devoted her career to understanding the impact of trauma on learning and behavior.

Dr. Wells believes schools are at the heart of the community-and that by working together, families, educators, and neighbors can create safe, nurturing environments where every child has the opportunity, to thrive.
